Kohl's Business Process:
A business process is a collection of business activities that translate inputs into outputs. The business process at Kohl's is to generate revenue from selling products that are purchased from vendors and suppliers. The process starts by Kohl's purchasing inventory (inbound logistics) then this inventory is displayed on the sales floor (operations). When customers buy products online from Kohl's app and choose them to be shipped to their house then that is where (outbound logistics) comes into play. Last providing excellent customer service whether assisting a customer with a product or a refund, this is the human aspect of the business. The way Kohl's employees talk and interact with the customers determines whether or not that customer is going to come back in the future (customer service). All these business processes are what make Kohl's the great retail store it is.
